我们的客户包括DNV、LR、GL等多家世界一流船级社，船用设备公司以及船东公司等。
LR\GL\DNV均是我们的合作伙伴。目前各大船级社都需要验船师，因此我们发布的验船师职位不单只是针对一家船级社，该职位描述中是我们对各大船级社所需要的人才的较相似的要求归纳总结后的成果。因此，我们只能回答是哪些船级社，而不是哪个船级社。

4、  推荐流程是怎样的？
咨询寄简历：应聘者可先咨询相关职位，感兴趣的话,可寄Word形式的中英文简历到。合适的话，接着我们会与应聘者邮件或电话联系进一步沟通。

推荐：以简历的形式推荐给客户，一般直接传递到面试官手中。在取得客户的反馈后，立即告之应聘者，有面试机会的进入下个流程。

安排面试：面试地点由公司安排(特殊情况除外)。我方根据应聘者个人情况协商确定面试时间，安排乙方对候选人进行面试。

录用：面试成功之后,个人与公司签雇佣合同,协商确定体检、上岗日等具体细节。

目前上海正大力发展船舶航运行业，希望追赶上邻近的韩国与日本，各大国际级船级社和国际著名船务工程公司相继登陆上海，开发业务、广纳贤才，人才争夺战日渐白热化。优秀的人才如何可以乘风而上寻求更好的职业发展机会？在此与大家分享我们的经验。

从工作年资方面来说：工作经验5年以上英语良好的船舶人才在行业内最为抢手，尤其是船体方面的人才空缺其大，收入高待遇好；三年工作经验的则处在较尴尬的位置，需要进一步积累；而年纪稍长、经验丰富的人大多英文不好，或是年轻的、英语不错但是没经验的个人若想换工作，选择范围就比较小。

就职业选择来讲：船东代表是热门的职位之一。成为船东代表一般有两个途径，一种是在船厂做了几年英语不错的直接转职，选择这个途径的个人可以很快得到磨炼，建立对船舶建造流程的整体概念。这种职业发展途径的缺点就是必须跟着项目走，大江南北四处为家很不稳定。除此之外，一般东家只让干活，系统培训的机会少。另一种成为船东代表的情况是拥有7-8年经验的验船师接手船东项目，作为船东在中国造船厂的代表，负责监督、检验与协调沟通，这类人往往可以接触到国际一流的造船专家，薪资待遇也非常高。

Marine Training Services – Ship-Design Training Program Manager

Objectives
?      Development and delivery of ship structural design training courses
?      To provide support to shipyard design staff involved with development of new designs

Key Responsibilities
?      Working with Staff to develop a training program to cover concept design through to preliminary design, and covers the following principle aspects:
