Main Mission:
Support Sales Comp and Shipyards with adequate drawings, specification documentation for EMD new building projects. Manage and administrate sales support of modules in Asia

Responsibilities:
?        Ensure that shipyards receive correct approval drawings, working drawings and final drawings within agreed time limits
?        Responsible for sales support on non standard modules to Asian Sales Companies
?        Maintain professional and trustworthy relation with shipyards by high service level and professional skills
?        Provide necessary documentation to Sales Comp in order to facilitate the sales process
?        Ensure all documentation is stored and filed in a proper way
?        Responsible for development of internal and external working processes to meet the demands from customers in order to improve the efficiency
?        Lead and coordinate the overall activities and day-to-day work
?        Report status and progress of activities to the EMD Centre
?        Build and maintain good relations with the Sales Teams and Product Centre and portfolio mgmt

Requirements:
?        Mechanical engineering diploma on university level
?        Minimum 5 years of professional work within shipyard machinery, design and installation Dept
?        1-3 years experience as group or section manager
?        Proven leadership skills
?        Professional skills in technical administration and documentation
?        Negotiations and project management skills
?        Consultative work experience
?        Excellent English skills both in spoken and written parts
