跳槽前，请三思而，后行
跳槽已经成了极其流行的词汇，有太多的人会把跳槽挂在嘴上，“因为我们碰到玻璃天花板了。我们希望有一个更富有挑战性、更有发展的工作或职业。。。。” 太多的人有着太多的跳槽借口，求职或是跳槽，寻找一份属于自己的职业，在我们追求人生目标的过程中总起到关键性的作用。

现在社会上流行一种“为自己找一个好猎头”的说法，船舶行业OCG公司资深顾问也表示了对这种说法的认同。物别是在船舶行业中高层管理技术人才在换工作时，往往不是通地自己去漫无目地地去找，而是通过猎头公司进行。

中介公司与猎头的区别
首先要选择有资质背景的猎头咨询公司。 初涉此行的人都会混淆人才中介机构和猎头公司。实际上，两者的区别是十分明显的：猎头公司只与雇主单方签订合同，代表雇主一方；而中介机构则同时代表两方。这就滋生了众多人才中介以赢利为目的的不道德行为。例如：在最早的船务人员输出行业的中介公司，他们介绍工作给个人，向个人收取介绍费用，或者每月从个人的月薪里提成，或者以劳务输出高薪为名，把个人介绍到与前期待遇承诺完全不相符的公司去，都激起大家的公愤。而HR咨询公司也称猎头公司，只与雇主签订合同，因此把职业信息介绍给个人都是免费的。这对船舶行业想跳槽的管理技术人才来讲，你只要把自己的想法要求及简历加入猎头公司的人才数据库就行了。
